The iami Holistic Health Institute adheres to laws and ethical standards which require that all client information is held in confidence. To provide effective service, your counselor may discuss your case with other professional counselors.
When you come for the first time a session of 90 minutes costs 15,000 yen.
Usually more than one session is needed to help you find a good way to deal with the things that burden you. For additional sessions, the fee is 12,000 yen for 90 minutes.
In case you and the counselor agree to extend a session beyond 90 minutes, then for each additional 10 minutes, 1,500 yen will be charged extra.
When you cancel or have to reschedule a session a cancellation fee will be due depending on the time when your notice is received:
1. On the session date: full fee.
2. On the day before the session: half fee.
3. Two or more days in advance: no charge.
