Registration for this workshop is binding. By submitting your registration you are bound to pay the participation fee.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. When you cancel your participation no later than October 21, 2009 a full refund, minus 5,000 yen processing fee, will be made. When you cancel after October 21, 2009, the entire fee is due. However, this registration is transferable to another person with notice, i.e. if you find someone
else who is willing to take your place in the workshop, then the fee will be refunded under deduction of 5,000 yen processing fee, after the payment of your replacement has been received. All refunds will be issued after the workshop.
If you have to cancel please contact us and explain your situation. In special circumstances we may make exceptions on this cancellation policy.
