This one-day supervision is mainly meant for those who apply family constellations professionally in their work and further for others in the helping professions who work with clients. Since this workshop touches on many life issues in a general way, other participants who are not professionals may attend as well, but only as observer. They are equally welcome.
Professionals may submit cases from their work for supervision. Judith Hemming will attempt to help you to work with your client and so she will focus on your relationship with the client and the issue you have with
this client, rather than on the client's issue itself. Nevertheless, it will be helpful if you can give a short description of the client's case and if you know about important events that happened in the family of your client.
For example, cases for supervision might be: you get very tired with some client, or you do not know how to work with a particular client, or you have a client with a very difficult issue or a heavy fate. The supervision may clarify what is going on in the relationship between therapist and client, and additionally it may give insight into the systemic background of the client's issue.
