Priority for setting up constellations.

The order in which we set up constellations depends on several factors.

In the first place we sense whose issue needs to be set up now. That leads to a natural order whereby each constellation deepens the effect of previous constellations and at the same time lays the basis for next constellations. However, we also aim to take the following considerations into account:

1. If you did not get a chance to work on your issue a prevous time then your constellation will get high priority this time. (For this second participation a reduced tariff applies).
2. If you travel from far, then setting up your constellation will get priority (so that you do not have to pay travel and hotel costs twice).
3. Those who register early have priority over those who register later.

We cannot guarantee, that these priorities will always be fulfilled. However, we trust that everyone who is willing to present their issue will have an opportunity to work on their issue at the right time, either now or later.
