Working with Judith Hemming

It is not implied, nor are any guarantees given, that you will be able to work on your issue or case with Judith Hemming. In the workshop or supervision you will be notified if Judith Hemming decides to work with you.

Cancellation policy

Registration for a workshop is binding. By submitting your registration you are bound to pay the participation fee.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. A full refund, minus 5000 yen processing fee, will be made for requests postmarked by 19 February 2011. When your cancellation request is postmarked after 19 February 2011, the entire fee is due. However, this registration is transferable to another person with notice, i.e. if you find someone else who is willing to take your place in the workshop, then the fee will be refunded, minus 5000 yen processing fee, after the payment of your replacement has been received. All refunds will be issued after the workshop.

The date of payment determines your place on the waiting list. If you cannot participate because the workshop is full the full payment will be refunded, unless you agree to participate in a later workshop.

If you have to cancel please contact us and explain your situation. In special circumstances we may make exceptions on this cancellation policy.

Release Statement

I state my understanding of, and agree to, the points and risks mentioned below and take full responsibility for what happens to me during and after the workshop and supervision.

1. I understand that in this workshop and supervision I may experience mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual distress and that such distress may cause unpleasant symptoms. What is experienced in the workshop or supervision may create physical manifestations on my part or on the part of other participants that may carry some risk of accident, injury, and distress. I agree to assume this risk. I do not suffer from mental or physical impairment that might make it unadvisable for me to assume such risk.
2. I will respect the confidentiality of any disclosure made within the course of this workshop and supervision and will not discuss any personal details of the work of others outside the meeting space.
3. This workshop is not designed as a substitute for therapy or as a substitute for any other professional consultation. It is designed as an education venue only.
4. By signing this document, I willingly agree to hold harmless and release from all liability the organizers, facilitators, and participants in this workshop and supervision, including Judith Hemming, Hisako Morioka, and any support and organizing staff, and the location staff, the facility where the workshop and supervision are offered.
5. During the workshop and supervision it is not allowed to make photographs or any sound- or video recording.
